Risk disclosures
Total loss. Tokens representing business economic rights may lose part or all of their value. Distributions depend entirely on the performance of the underlying business.
No guarantees. Neither Prism nor any issuer guarantees returns, profits, business performance, or the ability to sell tokens at any price. Liquidity may be thin or unavailable.
Regulatory status. Tokenized economic rights may constitute securities or other regulated financial products depending on jurisdiction. The legal structure of each offering must be reviewed by qualified counsel before real-money deployment, and investors are responsible for compliance in their own jurisdiction.
Verification limits. Prism verification confirms completion of the stated verification process on submitted documents. It is not an audit, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of accuracy or honesty of the issuer.
Smart-contract risk. On-chain components can contain defects. Contracts should be audited before mainnet use; the demo environment does not move real funds.
Business risk. Small and early-stage businesses fail at elevated rates. Royalty and profit-share payments stop if the business cannot pay.
Demo environment. This deployment runs in demo mode with fictional businesses and labeled test data. No real offering, payment, or trading occurs here.
